Trauma Therapy is a Charlotte, North Carolina based rock/metal band founded in late 2022 by spirited frontman Chris Carrington. We are a 4 piece original band who have a high bar to set in the music industry. With influences from Bad Omens, of Mice and Men, Dayseeker, and Nerv among others, we try to blend together all of these artists to create our own unique sound. With no one song sounding exactly alike, and working with producers like Pangea Creative Group [Killakoi] Cody Weissinger[ The Funeral Portrait], Ricky Armellino [Ice 9 Kills] and Colt Crevar [Forever May Fall] we have set ourselves up to make each individual song unique in its own right, while still maintaining our own original sound. We have big plans, bigger dreams and we have been blessed to have the opportunities and tools to do what we love. 2024 is going to be huge for us. Can't wait to see what 2025 brings!
