With a throwback baritone vocal reminiscent of Joe Williams and the scatting ability of Eddie Jefferson with just a little touch of Al Jarreau, MrTJ Miller is set to burst upon the scene with his debut single, “Scatman’s Fish & Grits,” a Christmas song on his own label Unda The Hat Records on November 25th Black Friday. A native of Monroe Louisiana, MrTJ graduated from Grambling State University with a degree in vocal music and is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Fraternity.
