Wilfredo Feliciano was born on August 27th, 1982, in Rio Piedras, PR. His parents shortly after moved to the neighborhood of Sunset Park Brooklyn, NY where he was raised by his single mother after his parent's separation. Growing up his mother always encouraged him to remember his roots and almost every vacation he had from school she would send him back to a little town called Lares, PR. His favorite memory was sitting in the hammock with his grandfather and just listen to his stories for hours on end. Although he was able to experience two different cultures, despite the simplicity of the Island compared to NYC he never felt freer. Growing up in NYC he listened to Hip-Hop, R&B and Reggae but PR introduced him to what was then called Música Underground now known as Reggaeton. He finally found something to relate to and became an artist himself even performed with some of the genre's greatest. Now a father of two he continues his music in hopes to pass on his legacy to his two boys.
