Second youngest of six children. I always remember singing. When very young, I would use our big, open front porch as a stage and sing to passersby. Growing up my first choir experience was church and as I got older sang in school choirs and musical theatre. As an adult I was a weekend karaoke disc jockey. I always enjoyed writing poetry and when I picked up the guitar at the age of 54, I started combining my writing of poems with song writing . I have a husband of 34 years, who supports me in my music and two adult sons.. My husband and I are the servants of two cats Astro and Mouse , whom we rescued from our local Human Society, approximately 8 years ago, when they were 2 years old, along with our beloved Bob, a beautiful Maine Coon, who was 5 when we rescued him and passed at the age of 9 from feline aids and leukemia. I love to bake and cook and enjoy making music with other musician friends and family.
