Classicaly trained as a saxophinist at the Kfar Saba Conservatory as a child, Cohen continued to study jazz at Rimon College of Music in Israel. It was there where she discovered her voice as a singer songwriter. Shortly after graduatimg she started her first band Manga with Tal Vaisman and between 2004-2008 the band toured Israel and recorded their debut album "Vacuum". Cohen and Vaisman decided to move to Canada with their new project Align, recording an EP under that title in 2009 and playing in Vancouver and Toronto. Upon her return to Vancouver in 2010 Cohen started her solo project Pomme, releasing a self titled album in 2012. Nowadays Cohen lives in Tel Aviv, teaching music and managing the pop, rock and jazz department at the conservatory where she grew up, and performing with her jazz trio Az Ma.
