About us: We created Yatra in 2013. Being followers of the Bhakti Yoga mystical school, our mission is to share а practice dedicated to the sound, its influence on the consciousness and destiny of every person. Our activity is to conduct free practices called "Mantra Meditation". They are held in different yoga studios in Sofia, and all over Bulgaria. The practice of “Mantra Meditation”: Also known as bhajan or that inner meditation, which keeps a person stable and balanced, regardless of external circumstances. Sitting in a circle around the sacral center, illuminated only by candle light, we sing ancient mantras, through which we rediscover our deep inner connection with the whole Universe. It's not just some music that reassures, but a practice of inner balance and inspiration. The main driving force here is the Sound.
