Donning gold-tipped dreadlocks and Retro 80's Cat with lavish gold jewelry, Las Vegas-based hip hop artist Zedik (“Kid EZ”  spelled backwards) epitomizes the glamorous lifestyle of Sin City.   As a music producer, songwriter, and rapper, Zedik draws inspiration from hip hop artists Kanye West, Dr. Dre, Rakim, & Big Daddy Kane, while adding his own signature brand of high energy chants and uptempo rhymes over thumping pulsating beats.  Zedik (whose real name is Kymote Wofford)  is also an accomplished illustrator and former professional breakdancer, who travelled the nation competing in dance competitions with the renowned House of Rep Bboy Crew, BLAKK Vegas Krew and Culture Geist. While some rappers dream of putting their city on the map, in 2013, Zedik’s sole musical aspirations were to save himself from poverty and mental anguish from a cruel stepfather.  Following the sudden death of a close friend and his uncle, which occurred within the same month.
