Introducing ZENON:a powerhouse vocalist with a whole lotta Soul! ZENON (pron. Zen-un), a bi-racial, non-binary singer/songwriter forges a musical path with Soul led R&B peppered with jazz. Their vocals pack power, masterful control and their intentional use of space, creates a musical landscape entirely their own. Their second single What It Was garnered 2 awards and ZENON’s debut album GENRE Z was nominated in multiple categories at the 2023 YYC Music Awards and in the R&B/Soul category at Western Canadian Music Awards. Since 2022 they’ve performed 120+ live shows including 28 festivals. They opened for Alex Cuba at a Road to the Juno’s event and shared the stage with Mattmac in 2023.
