Hailing from Benchley Texas, Zach Whitehorn began dabbling in music in the mid 2000s. Early endeavors would consist mostly of electronica and various noises, until 2009 when he would form alternative rock band “Limited Time Only” with his brother Hunter Whitehorn of “A.M. Feel Good” and Andrew Barker of “Dirge of Samael”.
Later that year Zach would move to the Dallas/Fort Worth area to pursue a career in film, his band mates scattered to the wind. Film did not take, however, and he was soon called back to music production. It would be 2012, before anything tangible would materialize.
What began as a goof with the release of his first album, “Don’t Quit Your Day Job” spiraled into a decade long obsession that continues today. Blending powerful but grating vocals, with nihilistic sarcasm, in a mishmash of genre influences, the product is not always exactly pretty or polished… but it’s sure interesting.
Zach Whitehorn’s twelfth album, “I’ll Show Them”, is currently in production.
