Aaliyah Mire is an innovate artist rising from Stratford, East London. By using her love for hip hop and her passion she has managed to infuse different styles such as Jazz and hip-hop with other genres like trap, soul and R&B to name a few. Aaliyah Mire has found inspiration from DMX’s Ruff Ryders Anthem, as it was her first piece of music that she dissected. When she hit her early teens her brother inspired her to rap and just like that she was in love with the craft. She began to study the greats such as Nas’s lyrical content for his word play, rhymes and storytelling, slowly leaning towards Lauryn hill who inspired Aaliyah to expand and explore different sounds and infusing them together.
