Born and raised in Milan, Andrea grew up with a variety of musical influences, ranging from Italian songwriters to soul and world music. He co-founded and lead Arda, an Italian folk group, for more than seven years, focusing on traditional songs from all over the world. Harmattan, his first solo single released on June 30, 2023 tries to bridge the gap between Italian songwriting, Western African sounds and a contemporary setting.
