Awaara is the musical alter ego of Afzal Anwar – a Delhi-born, Netherlands-based producer, DJ, and storyteller. Inspired by his roots and nomadic spirit, Awaara blends Indian classical motifs, Bollywood nostalgia, and South Asian vocals with modern house, techno, and electronic beats. With his debut album Ibtidaa, EPs like Safar, and other singles such as Lostology, Bhartiya India Awaara invites listeners into an emotional, cinematic soundscape – where ancestral rhythms meet contemporary club culture. Driven by emotion, identity, and cross-cultural expression, Awaara is not just music; it’s movement.
