B.NoTe is a 24 year old Trans DJ/Producer currently residing in Vancouver. After attending his first festival at the age of 14, he was introduced to music in an entirely new way. Following several years of attending festivals and moving from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, he shifted from dancer to DJ. In learning the History of House Music and understanding his own identity, he felt embraced and included, this established his true passion for the genre without a shadow of a doubt. As a result, he believes it's imperative to fully understand & appreciate the roots of house music and pass it along. B_NoTe is dedicated to representing the LGBTQIA2s+ community within the music scene to preserve the queerness of dance music culture, to continue diversifying dance floors in the spirit of the trailblazers who came before him and to create a happy, loving, and open musical environment for people of all races, genders, sizes, and ages.
