Hi! I'm Barbara Teresa, and 18 year-old singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Caracas, Venezuela, based in LA. I started singing and playing piano in primary school, writing songs in my early teens, and teaching myself how to play guitar and ukulele in 2018. I was raised listening to a melting pot of artists, genres, and music from different time periods, so I've managed to find inspiration in every corner of the musical scene, and I always try to bring in elements of various works into my music. However, my musical style is most heavily influenced by Taylor Swift (!!!), Lorde, and Gracie Abrams. I like to describe my sound as "genre-blending pop", since it often nods at r&b, folk, rock, country and other styles. I began releasing music in late 2020, and can't wait to put more stuff out this year :)
