Brandon is a composer, orchestrator, and clarinetist who creates music for film, television, and video games. He is the composer of the award winning short film Close Ties to Home Country directed by Akanksha Cruczynski. He recently worked in the music department for Force of Nature and American Traitor: The Trial of Axis Sally. Brandon is currently an intern for composer Sherri Chung at Cow on the Wall Studios.
His compositional process is driven by his knowledge of the orchestra, and also inspired by various aspects of jazz and popular music. Having learned to play the clarinet at an early age, the instrument has always been at the root of his musical identity. He invariably explores other wind instruments such as saxophones, recorders, tin whistles, and ocarinas to incorporate them into original works. He consistently records for his own projects as well as colleagues, and recently remotely recorded clarinet and bass clarinet for Tom Howe.
