Bishal Karim, 25 yrs old, began his music career with aspirations of creating a reputable presence for the hip-hop/rap genre in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where he was born and raised. He started recording songs at the age of 12 and dabbling in the world of battle raps on deshirhymes forum at 13. His vision fueled by his passion has evolved him from a kid on a forum to the artist he is today. His music is a blend of raspy cloud rap and trap which pays homage to new age rap inspired by artists such as Drake, Norman Perry, Prince Of Falls, Kendrick Lamar, Young Thug, and Lil Baby. Bishal has not only dropped several bangers in the last few years, collaborating with other talented artists on many, but some of his other accomplishments include bringing Akcent to Dhaka, co-organizing BD Hip Hop Fest, and founding New Wave. His love for hip-hop inspires him constantly to diversify the scene and showcase the potential of homegrown talent.
