Celine Tchang (she/her) is a trombonist, arranger, and bandleader based in Toronto, ON. She had the honour of studying with musicians such as Kelsley Grant, Brian O’Kane, Hilario Duran, and Mark Promane. Celine has also been leading other projects such as Kettleband!, a 5-piece funk pop band playing all over the GTA. She is also seen as a side musician in the Carandang Pincente Jazz Orchestra, Charles y sus Estrellas, the Giant Steppas, and more. She has also been featured playing trombone on Mathew Magneson’s “Light of Day” and Camus Nim’s EP, Born Anew.
