Chulo Ramon (formally known as Young Chulo) is an artist based out of Jacksonville, Florida and also a member of the Duval County collective Freebirdz along with artist and producer Freebirdztmr, Buck the Hitman & the late Lil Pimp Tyte. Chulo has released a number of mixtapes most notably #ChuloSeason and his "Razor Ramon" series including popular songs I'm on It, War Zone & Phone Rangin to name a few.
