Claudia Joseph is a singer-songwriter who loves performing Jazz standards and a mix of other genres. Born in Montreal as a little girl, she would always sing along to music being played at home. Her mother nicknamed her Rosignol “Hummingbird”. The spark started while living in Haiti and New York during her adolescent years. In her grandmother’s attic, while writing in her dairy and singing along to “Good Morning Heartache” by Billie Holiday is when she really took notice of her emotions being expressed and released through music. ”.
