a man//an island is the moniker of songwriter and multi-instrumentalist of South Carolina native Cooper Long. Cooper has been pursuing music fervently since 2007, starting with his first love: guitar. It didn’t take long for him to expand his horizons and pick up bass, drums, synth, and singing to be able to translate the ideas running through his mind.
