Born in Austin, Tx, “The Live Music Capitol of the World”, Mike Hameen was birthed into a world of music. However stages of live music festivals, seemed to be a world away from the poverty stricken streets of Austin’s Hogpen, where the Texas native called home. With no platform but limitless creativity, Mike and neighboring relatives started hosting small cyphers, which birthed the Texas MCs moniker Cyph Mike.
