From years of singing and playing around the Chicagoland area, Dan took the time to write new songs, developing a persona and musical style he can finally call his own. His guitar playing weaves a tapestry of melodies, odd voicings, and percussive parts to generate a rich, unique sound. His original material incorporates a blend of folk, soul, blues, jazz, jangle pop, and garage rock. Dan regards his lyrics as words to provocative stories; stories that range from the deeply personal to unapologetically satirical. Dan released his debut EP “Imaginary Affair” in December 2020.
