Indie Rock songwriter Danny Mellin started writing songs at an early age, releasing his first song ‘Without You’ at only 14 years old. His music firmly sits in the admittedly expansive ‘indie’ genre, which is reflected in the music and lyrics he writes - from the introspective to the acutely observed through personal experiences. Combined with a youthful energy and hooky guitar riffs, Danny’s music is an irresistibly catchy collection of melodic indie rock anthems. Already a regular festival performer and support act, supporting the likes of Jake Clemons, Little Brother Eli and friends The White Lakes to name a few, Danny has also received great support and airplay from a number of radio stations, including numerous plays on BBC Introducing and live sessions and interviews on BBC Radio Oxford. With shows returning after the whirlwind of 2020, Danny can’t wait to return to the stage once more.
