Dave has been a worship leader, tech director and Dean of a Conservatory for music spanning 30 years in ministry. He sang with the Spurrlows when in the 11th grade for the project "The Spurrlows Now". He helped found a group called "Renaissance", and was the arranger, keyboardist and singer. Following this, Dave started the "Dave Douglas Trio" and produced three albums at Gaither Studios in Alexandria, IN. Deciding to settle down and raise a family, he and Joan moved to Delaware and then back home to Michigan where he was the Worship Pastor for his home church. In 30 years, he served in seven different churches successfully building each ministry he was called to. Semi-retired now, Dave feels the music he's written and arranged over the years may yet have some impact left. Therefore, he is re-writing and recording the songs from years past with a fresh sound. He has over 20 original songs as well as dozens more of keyboard arrangements. Look for them on your favorite streaming app.
