Dave Hill Jr. crafts songs that feel like late-night conversations — honest, soulful, and deeply human. A singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist based in the Pacific Northwest, Dave blends the emotional weight of Bill Withers and the cinematic vibe of Pink Floyd into something uniquely his own. His voice has been called “21st-century Ray Charles,” and his songs explore grief, growth, and grace with unflinching vulnerability. After decades as a drummer, Dave found his voice at 50 — and hasn’t looked back. He releases one song per month and performs regularly in Seattle, channeling everything from gospel to ambient textures. His music has been featured on KBCS radio, praised for its soulfulness and emotional depth. 🎹 For fans of: Michael Kiwanuka, Peter Gabriel, Ray Charles 🎧 Listen, follow, and stay connected — new music drops monthly.
