Dave Wright is a guitarist/composer who has written many eclectic improvisational pieces. Dave worked as house guitarist at Radio City Music Hall in New York and has a long list of accomplishments playing in North America and Europe. Dave is the son of Rayburn Wright — founder and director of Eastman School of Music Jazz & Contemporary Media program — and the talented artist Doris B Wright. Dave grew up in a home where writing a song or creating art was normal activity, and this has had a deep effect on Dave's outlook on life, in which musical and creative expression is just … always there. Combine this background with a passion for travel and photography, and you get Dave's current project — Dave Wright and The Band of Opportunity: Music written around the world.
