Jaden Christopher Floyd, known professionally as “DÉO” (pronounced DAY-OH) is an 18-year-old singer/songwriter and producer from Atlanta, Georgia. DÉO describes his music as a deeply spiritual experience. Striving to create vulnerably and authentically in hopes of connecting with his audience. With his ability to blend both the English and Spanish languages and bend genres with his unique vocals and eclectic sound, DÉO is making a name for himself in the industry as a “force to be reckoned with”. He cites artists like Prince, Charli xcx, Ethel Cain, Her's, Chloe x Halle , WILLOW, Tame Impala, Imogen Heap, The Drums , and Michael Jackson as some of his biggest inspirations. As an artist, he believes that if even one person is touched by his music, his job has been done. DÉO began writing songs and poems in just the first grade, only starting to record his music in 2021 using an iPad Mini in his bedroom.
