TED-D embarked on his journey into electronic music production in 1998, igniting a passion that would shape his career for decades to come. As a high school student, TED-D swiftly immersed himself in the vibrant DJ scene, spinning tracks at raves, house parties, and renowned nightclubs alongside the esteemed Slow DJ’s crew. Drawing inspiration from the pulsating rhythms of Big Beat, House, and Breaks, TED-D delved deeper into the roots of dance music, recognizing the foundational influence of Hip-Hop. Embracing the art of turntablism, he joined forces with esteemed crews such as The Groundbreakers, Emotionz, and Loose Leaf Sessions, sharing stages with iconic figures including Kool G Rap, Lyrics Born, Souls of Mischief and Jeru the damaja.
