The Southside of wherever I have ever lived

I’ve been writing songs since I was nine years old, playing music for over sixty years. I’ve traveled and played all over the United States from Honkey Tonks, Blind Pigs, Juke Joints, bars, saloons, concert halls, fairgrounds, churches, revivals, and outdoor festivals. At one period of my life, I spent so much time in recording studios I used to say, “When I die just play the tape back.” Then life moved on and I moved with it. The moment passed and it was just me and my guitar Trixy and My wife and her keyboard on the road playing and singing for Jesus giving ourselves to the gifts we’ve been given. But now, though I missed the boat many years ago it feels like my ship is coming in. I have the boarding pass in my hand and if you are listening to my songs you’re helping me punch the ticket. Thanks for listening. I pray that these songs entertain and enlighten you, that’s always been my goal.
