Songwriter from Trentino by roots, South Tyrolean by adoption, Christofer Calzà, aka “el Cisto”, writes songs the way one walks: one step at a time, letting the path set the rhythm. His first lyrics were born in Berlin and took shape in the valleys and unspoiled landscapes of the Alps. Today, they come to life through the strings of a guitar, the breath of a harmonica, and the urge to tell stories. His first album captures the last seven years of his life, between Trentino, his homeland, and South Tyrol, where he now lives. The sound, blending guitar and harmonica, is simple and raw, yet deep, capable of touching the soul.
