After succumbing to a horrific car crash as he was just about to finally pursue his dream of becoming an environmental scientist, Daniel is reborn as El Segundo: An entity that exists as a spirit by day and a sort-of zombie by night. Now, El Segundo continues his afterlife as an enforcer of justice who occasionally likes to make music influenced by all sorts of genres and cultures; ranging from indie/alternative rock en español to lofi/bedroom pop. Although Forastero marked the birth of his solo career, he began and still serves as a member of The Defrauders and PJ Chimps.
