Bay Area recording artist moved to Sacramento at 17 an signed first deal to Cheezee Records which caused him major set backs when label went under and his first album never got released. He then signed to Bay Area Legend AP.9 of Tje Mob Figaz under the label Mob Shop Ent. He released his debut album Hype Muzik 4/17/2007 which was his bday. The album did decent but the label had nothing to sue with it. They gave him no budget , promises was not kept and there was no single release or visuals or promo run. He later found out that his album sold a decent amount of units an he was never paid a single penny for his album. He also financed his whole album his self. After the heartbreak and feeling betrayed he lost his drive. Then deciding to change his name from Young Gasz to Gasz Monroe he then moved to ATL and has been pumping great music ever since. 2022 he joined Brick Squad Monopoly under Waka Flocka being the first artist from they’re new west coast branch off label BSM West.
