I have always been a lover of music. As kids, my sister and I would sing along with the radio in the backseat of the car. The sounds that came from that radio were magical and reached deep inside my soul. Then, on February 9, 1964, The Beatles appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show and I, along with 73 million others, watched in amazement! I had found my calling! That year, along with millions of others, I got my first guitar, began to learn to play, and soon started my first band. There have been many bands since then. Over the years, I have been influenced by many different styles of music: folk, blues, rock n’ roll, rock, singer-songwriter, soul, reggae, country, jazz, classical, and of course, “art rock”. My ultimate goal was to write songs in the mode of bands such as Yes, King Crimson, and Genesis. While that never happened, if you listen closely to my songs, you might hear those bands whispering in my ear. My hope is that you will find something in my music that speaks to you.
