Whilst Mother Nature falls into slumber in absence of light, Goatfish keeps each of his 3 eyes WIDE OPEN.
Swiftly - yet sly as a fox - he dashes through the humid abandoned alleys of Amsterdam-Noord to witness each full moon of the year. Anthropomorphous as he is, he can't keep himself from sharpening his nails on the brick walls that represent the remnants of the industrial revolution. During these rituals he records samples from garbage dumpsters, lightning bolts and breaking pieces of glass in the concrete jungle he is forced to regard as home.
Modular synthesizers, signature foley layers on electronic & acoustic drum-patterns + ethnic percussion are few of the endless list of ingredients that together form his distinct fingerprint.
