I’m Huguette Berthelot. Yes, Huguette. My parents clearly picked a name that sounds like I should be serving tea in 1954, not staying up until 4 a.m. arguing with a plugin that refuses to load. I’m a producer. Officially. Which currently means I spend a lot of time saying “I’m just starting out” while secretly hoping the next track I finish doesn’t sound like a toaster having an identity crisis. My studio is my room. My intern is me. My biggest professional achievement so far is learning that “I’ll fix it in the mix” is both a lifestyle and a cry for help.
