On a critical journey of his own, Shai Hill (Benjamin Ernesto Alvarado) has always strived and continues to strive on the path to finding his own sound. With influences from artists such as J.Cole, Travis Scott, Future, Kanye West, and Kendrick Lamar, what Shai Hill brings to the table is one of a kind. With such versatility which is shown on his first two mixtapes (Breakout and I AM), you never know how his next upcoming track will sound. Whether it's executing a lyrical verse with the help of autotune, rapping in a talk your smack flow, or messing around with the vocals on a track like his Solo Hit "THY BARS" from his latest mixtape I AM. Shai Hill brings the Yeezy Album vibe, which means you don't know what to expect but one thing is for sure. You know it will be one of a kind.
