Jack Vanel is an AfroLov Artist born and raised in Cameroon, currently based in Dallas | TX. The singer started his musical journey in the streets of DOUALA city-Cameroon, in the french hip hop scene in 2010-2011 at 12 years old. Fan of Michael Jackson, he always felt like singing was a better way of expressing feelings. In 2015 , he moved to America and kept his passion for music, but soon shifted from a french speaking rapper to an RNB singer. The boy immediately realized that his voice wasn't fit for that genre and needed something a little more Afro sounding to represent him. In early 2018, he started experiencing a deep love for "Afro beat" music from Nigeria, and was influenced by artist such as "Wizkid". In 2019, he started recording songs and spent 1 year in his home studio perfecting his craft and learning about the music industry. Now 2021, he decided to finally come out of the studio and present himself to the world with his first single called "ROMANCE" on April 5, 2021.
