If you like to dance, you’ll love James Glew. James’s euphoric sounds and unique melodies combine with organic rhythms to create a compelling mix. It’s music inspired by the beauty found in unusual places, all produced live from an array of synthesizers and samplers. Ethereal electronica you can party to, flowing with freshness and feeling. James has been creating music since the days of smiley face t-shirts, but don’t worry; the portrait is kept safe in his girlfriend’s garage. Previous projects have included Sheffield-based group Outsect, Dan Tian and Dirty Blue Gene, with performances at the Sheffield Octagon supporting Carl Cox, and over 1.8 million units released on vinyl and CD. Now based in Derby, where James hosts the monthly EMOM (Electronic Music Open Mic) sessions at Dubrek Studios, James continues to perform, produce, remix and mix.
