Jaspi Nams is a Canadian-based artist who has been taking the R&B and rap scene by surprise since 2017. Jaspi originally started off as a member of the duo group "Nams" (which is short for his last name "Namwira") with his brother, and in late 2019 decided to venture off and begin his solo journey. In only 4 years, Jaspi was able to produce 4 full-length albums, 2 EPs, 2 music videos, and over 20 singles. In his career, Jaspi has been lucky enough to work with plenty of artists from his city and has even had the chance to receive national and international collaborations. He gets his inspiration from other Canadian artists like Drake & Tory Lanez and it shows in his vocal melodies, beat selections, and rhyme schemes. Jaspi goes the extra mile when it comes to writing because he believes that songs are about more than just a snappy beat and killer flows. His intentions are for his listeners to be able to feel something and relate when listening to his music.
