The Riverbed is the brainchild of JNicholas Goff. For 20 years he had riffs come go, and never did anything with them. With the help of a few likeminded people The Riverbed became the means to put all the music in his head, into the real world. Heavily influenced by 80s metal and 90s staples such as Pantera, Megadeth, Death Angel and Metallica, along with 2000s staples such as Lamb of God, In Flames, and Amon Amarth. As he grew, so did his taste for chunky riffs. The Riverbed is his twisted blend of the 80s-90s metal with his cynical view of the modern world.
