My name is Johanan Ruelas. I was born and raised in Guadalajara, México, where my passion for music, performance, and expression began at an early age. As a kid, I trained in karate at a competitive level, which taught me discipline and perseverance—qualities I carried into every stage of my life. Years later, I took a leap of faith and moved to the United States to pursue a better future. I faced the challenges of a new language, a different culture, and starting from scratch—but I never let go of my dream. I’ve worked jobs from bartending, all while nurturing my voice and preparing for the moment when I could share my music with the world. Today, I’m a singer and performer blending regional Mexican sounds with modern influences, and I’m proud to be releasing my first original songs. Through storytelling, melody, and raw emotion, I aim to connect deeply with people—and to represent those of us chasing big dreams far from home
