Stepping Razor is my stage name.I was born and raised on the streets of Soweto(Diepkloof) now I have relocated to Orange farm south of Johannesburg. My music genre is reggae I perform solo My style and pattern is conscious English mixed with patwa and vernacular. I'm inspired by Caribbean music and local reggae artists My music has the feeling of self awareness, consciousness,self confidence, peace , love, truth,unity and rights I portray ghetto and world life style lies ,love ,malice, hate, distraction ,happiness, sadness, betrayal ,prosperity, restoration,freedom, redemption and international repatriation. My journey of music started at the early age from primary but unnoticed.I grew up listening to different types of genre until I was attracted to the sounds of reggae 1995 to the likes of Peter Tosh,Bob Marley,LKJ,Bunny Wailer and more .On 2005 I started playing reggae sounds on marimba instruments.2007 I became a member of Upfront crew and later Frontline prod
