Joe Masterson is an up and coming pianist from Birmingham. After graduating from Leeds Conservatoire, he moved back home to launch his music career. After Covid finally came to a holt-Joe formed his trio in Birmingham, going from strength to strength. He has headlines Bromsgrove’s first jazz festival and now has a monthly residency at Fletchers Bar and Eatery in Birmingham, putting on jazz gigs that are quickly becoming immensely popular. Joe has just released his first album entitled ‘Get to Work’ which is comprised of original compositions he wrote over the years. Joe now has some festivals lined up for next in Birmingham and other parts of the country, alongside gigs with Steve Ajao, Midnight City Soul Band and some other bands in Birmingham’s elite.
