Hi Everyone! I’m Kal-El Billy Holiday. My artist / production company name (Some Guy In A Cape) came from my love of comics growing up and expresses my desire to champion those who need help or inspiration in some way. As a multi instrumentalist / vocalist, I compose primarily Jazz influenced Pop, Soul and R&B but am inspired by almost any type of music. I am blessed to have had the pleasure to work with many of my musical inspirations including Earth,Wind and Fire, Phil Perry, Howard Hewett, The Whispers and Magic Mendez (of Unified Tribe and The Whispers Band). I have also been associated with music content creation and audio editing for Las Vegas based web design company iDesign (iworldclassdesign.com), creating content for local businesses such as MGM Resorts International and Caesar’s Entertainment.
