Soweto-born KayFellow (Kaelo Motshegare) began his musical journey in 9th grade, initially joking around with music before finding purpose in it by 10th grade. Raised in a religious home, he only listened to Christian hip hop until after high school, when he rediscovered his passion for mainstream music. Inspired by his youth pastor, who recognized his gift, KayFellow reignited his musical journey and has never looked back. Blending Rap and Alternative music, he creates songs that reflect his personal growth and desire to make an impact.
