Portland, OR native, Kendra Gruis (Sideria), began learning guitar in 2012 while attending School of Rock. There, she met band mates of the small local group "Dad Rock", in which she played the lead guitar, and wrote 4 of the songs. They released an album in 2014, toured locally at venues/festivals such as, The Hawthorne Theater, The Clinton Street Theater, and PDX Pop Now. Later, the band dispersed. During this time Kendra turned to GarageBand, and began recording demos in 2015. She briefly played bass in another band that's name was never officially chosen. Later, she started producing demos in Logic for an album written and performed by herself, and also demos made for the next band she hoped soon to find. In 2019, she released an EP album for both of these projects. The self performed, spooky, dark, and scenic EP, "Cimmerian Shade", and the heavy, electric-rock band EP, "Teeeth".
