kingtriumph is the musical moniker for Olympia, Washington based songwriter Theo Smith. His first solo album, "Everything's Fine", is a collection of songs from his past, revisited and reworked into a pandemic mediation on divorce and other endings. His upcoming second album, "I'm Dreaming I'm Awake" is a sprawling, dark cinematic mediation on modern rock and pop music. In it, kingtriumph moves forward from loss to explore the question "what happens after the end?".
