Kode Red, formally known as Krthaspecialist, is a Connecticut native. This energetic and experienced artist’s love and passion for hip hop began as early as thirteen years old when much of his influence was from 2PAC, LL Cool J, Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick and more. He has several ReverbNation top 20 charting albums. Kode Red’s Greatest Hitz, volume one, is playing regularly on national podcasts. He has been featured on an interview with Juan Castillo of WYBC 94.3FM, an iHeartRadio affiliate. In fact, WYBC continues to play several of his tracks regularly, including but not limited to: “SOS”, “Backs Up Off the Wall”, “Time Again”, “Come to Relax & Chill”, and “How You Luv Dat?” from his last two album releases. Krthaspecialist is currently named as a New Haven Register featured artist (Feb. 2015).
