Venezuelan-American artist Laladoesntremember crafts an eclectic sound that defies easy categorization. Weaving together the emotional weight of contemporary classical, the intricate rhythms of Latin music, and the powerful drops of melodic EDM trap, her music is a journey through a unique sonic landscape. Influenced by artists as diverse as NF, Ludovico Einaudi, and Lost Sky, she explores deeply personal and universal themes. From stories of marginalization and human rights to an honest reckoning with a higher power, each song is a moment of conscious creation, blending truth with fiction to create something raw and relatable. Starting as a poet on Reddit, she transitioned to songwriting after a friend introduced her to music production software—a move that proved to be the genesis of her sound. Laladoesntremember is an artist who isn't afraid to forget the rules, in order to remember what truly matters.
