Biography:
Habib Mucktarr Yansaneh (born January 13, 1994), better known by his stage name Lil Grim, is a rapper from PG County, Maryland. He is the youngest child of immigrant parents from Sierra Leone. He rose to attention as a member of FINAO (Failure Is Not An Option) in 2011. The quadruplets switched to the group name of 4DaFame not long after. The group gained popularity through their various mixtapes and performances and helped pave the way for later emerging DMV superstars. They are best known for their underground hits “I Got That Work” featuring DewBaby from SluttyBoyz and “Da Gutta.”
The group disbanded and Grim decided to pursue a solo career. His debut single was released in 2012, a freestyle to Fat Joe & Chris Browns’ “Anova Round” which received positive reviews. This came as no surprise as Grim is no newcomer to rap, penning his first song in 5th grade. Due to life situations and trouble in the streets, his music became inconsistent, yet he maintained his relevance
